How it unfolds
From booking to record delivery, this is the whole flow.
After you book
You receive your private upload page link and QR code by email. Add both to your wedding website, and share the best practices guide with anyone you especially want recording.
The week before
Pick three to five guest crew members and ask them personally. Print your table cards, and send your DJ the announcement scripts below.
Wedding day
Table cards go out, your DJ makes the announcements, and your guests record and upload as the day happens. No app, no accounts.
The morning after
Ask your crew to upload before they leave, then send one reminder the next morning with your upload link: the page stays open through the next day for everything still hiding on their phones.
Your video arrives
Delivery depends on your package: The Short in 3 days, The Highlight in 5 days, The Story in 7 days, counted from when the upload window closes. You receive a private page to watch and download your video.
Give these to your DJ
Three short announcements do most of the work. Send them to your DJ or MC before the wedding.
"Quick favor for [Couple names]: their wedding video is being made entirely from your phone clips. See the card on your table? Scan the QR code and share your best videos. Video sideways, keep it steady, and give each moment at least ten seconds. Thank you!"

Do not forget
- Ask your crew personally. A direct ask beats any sign.
- Name your must-capture moments in your questionnaire, and anything you want left out.
- Decide your ceremony phone rule early and tell your crew.
